- Our policy is much different from the BIG GUYS Stores in many ways.
- First and fore most: Heart Felt Play Store in NOT a corporation. We are family owned and operated as a very small family business.
- Second: Heart Felt Play Store strives to offer unique items for the kids at family friendly prices that you can’t get just any where else. Some are hand-crafted with fabrics/ material are as is in a very limited supplies ( as shown in the images). Manufactured items are purchased in bulk quantities at wholesale by Heart Felt Play Store then divided up into smaller quantities to be sold to you at retail prices that are usually perfect for an average size child’s party of 5 or 6 guests. - Heart Felt Play Store guarantees satisfaction, but, only with in reason and our particular restrictions spelled out below. * No Non-cents Nanna’s Heart Felt Family expects our customers to respect our family business’s limitations, but, will work with you to offer you unique quality items for children’s play needs and special events when given ample time, when ever possible. There is no warehouse: this fact saves us all money.
- When placing an order you will have read and understood and agreed to our Heart Felt Play Store policy. *
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order. *
- For delivery of any order for your special event, please order no less than 30 days prior to the date of the event in case of Murphy’s law we don’t want the kids to be disappointed. * Heart Felt Play Store is not in the position to guarantee fast nor immediate service. *
- Every customer will receive a confirmation email of the order along with status of the order as soon a possible. This can be within minutes up or up to as much as 7 days. * Expedited services will be charged an additional fee. No exceptions. No Non-cents Nanna rules always apply.
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation the be emailed a photo image of the post office receipt with the tracking number and ETA. This is all hand done personally (or supervised) by the founder, owner and CEO Malika Bourne with young family members are learning the business. Currently No Non-cents Nanna’s Heart Felt Play store has zero employees standing by. This keeps all costs as low as ossible to save you money.

The No Non-cents Nanna makes ever effort to respond to customer questions as soon as possible within reason for a tiny shoppe run by one grandmother who is teaching her grandchildren how to operate a small business and to care for each and every customer like you were No Non-cents Nanna’s family. *
- Heart Felt Play Store is old fashioned in the way business is done: not a Drive Thru’ for FAST FOOD. We do not have a warehouse of products. Only the itmes in the store’s catalog are ready to go.
- Yes, customers may speacial order a minimum of 30 days in advance. Special orders are subject to material being available and cost of those material which may change. Customers will recieve a confirmation email of the price you will be charged. A special catalotg page will be published for your special order to make it easy to pay for by credit or debit card.
- In the event of customers living in the Colorado Springs area, currently, we do not have a POINT of SALE location. ALL items will be sent by US mail. Pick-up at my home is not allowed. ( Divas Doing Business has a specail exemption code.)

- Our Heart Felt Play Store home is nestled at the base of amazingly beautiful Pikes Peak, the highest point in the Rockies Mountains. No Non-cents Nanna says, “I can see Pike’s Peak from my apartment.”

- No Non-Non-cents Nanna only checks order status’ at 9 AM; 3 PM; 7 PM, 8 PM and 9 PM only.
Orders or customer questions are addressed at those times. * Sorry, it is simply not possible to be at the computer 24/7 as this is a one grandma operation. See below for alternative contact information if those times are not work for you with your questions. **
- As a general rule, orders are prepared to be only shipped Monday through Friday at 10 AM at the United States Post Office with a few exceptions
*Please note: When the Denver Airport is closed due to inclement weather the weather conditions in Colorado Springs, the Heart Felt Play Store address may also also affected.
- Power and internet may be out causing a delay in response from No Non-cents Nanna
- Shipping will be delayed when the Denver Airport and roads are closed.
- No Non-cents Nanna wishes she could overcome the weather but her magic wand doesn’t work THAT well.
- Nanna no longer drives a car. She walks or hires transportation on a schedule. She never makes trips out to walk to the post office in bad weather.
The No Non-cents Nanna makes every effort to get the expected product out for the kids, your budget will love, and respond to customers when in hours. But, life happens our busy families including the Heart Felt Play Store Family.
- We do have a back up plan in place to cover for emergencies, but, it is not fool proof.
- This is why our policy is to encourage you to order 30 days in advance of a date when you need a particular product by a specific date.
- As a general rule orders do arrive in 5 days, but, that short time can not ever be promised.
Should customers not receive a timely reply via the message system going thorugh Facebook Life is Happening. We ask for your patience keeping in mind this tiny shoppe offers items for the kiddos you can’t get just any place. Every thing is carefully selected or created.

Founder and owner Malika Bourne expecting to have surgery in May or June 2017. At that time, No Non-cents Nanna’s Heart Felt Play Store will be temporarily closed aproximately for 2 to 3 weeks with advanced notification. Any order placed prior to that temporary closure will be honored imediately.
Product images pinned on Pinterest will remain in place. Orders will not be accepted at that time of temporarry shut down: the systme will not allow them to go through.
